Pools and Boathouse

Four Lakes offers each resident the usage of 4 different pools, and a boathouse with Kayaks, Canoes, Peddle Boats and Row Boats. Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting). Boathouse opens in early May when weather permits and closes in late September (staffing and weather permitting). Occasionally we will keep certain facilities, including pools open past Labor Day as weather/conditions/staffing permits. The calendar on the homepage is the best place to find current operating hours and locations.

All pools and boathouse are first come, first served for all residents. Management reserves the right to cancel guest pass usage due to capacity limitation at any time without notice on a temporary basis.

All residents (except for those under the age of 18) are permitted to bring guests to the pools for a charge. Guest passes cost $2.00 per person, per day. Some residents (Owners of units, Towers Residents) have 1 permanent guest pass associated with their pass. Any additional guests will cost $2.00

See the area to the right for hours, location and special rules/limitations.
