Four Lakes MHOA

Four Lakes MHOA is a volunteer board of directors comprised of an appointed representative from each association. These board members oversee the overall budgeting and running of the property and its various entities including Recreation, Grounds and Maintenance and the ski hill.

The MHOA Board of Directors meet monthly on the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm in The Annex at the ski building (5750 Lakeside Dr.). The meeting is open to any and all Resident Owners who wish to attend.

All Residents of Four Lakes interested in using any of the amenities must obtain a Recreation ID through the MHOA. In order to get your Recreation ID you must first have the authorization letter from your association.

Renters at Towers or Abbey:

Go to your leasing center and request the letter from your leasing staff

Renters of condo/town home:

Request the letter from the owner of your unit.

​

Owners of condo/town home:

Request letter for yourself (or tenant) from your association directly. Your association is the one you pay your assessment to. The MHOA does not issue you the authorization form.
